Refund Policy

NodeVigil is a product of Tech Trade Solutions Limited. We are committed to providing reliable validator monitoring services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund.

1. 100% Money-Back Guarantee

For Tier 2 and Tier 3 subscribers, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee for missed alerts. If we fail to deliver even a single alert that should have been triggered for any of your monitored validators, you are entitled to a full refund for the entire billing period in which the missed alert occurred. One missed alert is all it takes—no questions asked.

2. Eligible Alert Types

The guarantee covers the following alert types as included in your subscription tier:

• APR Threshold
• Balance Drop
• Balance Increase
• Effectiveness Drop
• Missed Attestations
• Profitability Drop
• Slashing

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our money-back guarantee:

1. Email support@nodevigil.ai within 30 days of the missed alert
2. Include your account email and the validator index(es) affected
3. Provide the date and time of the expected alert
4. Include any relevant transaction hashes or epoch numbers

4. Verification Process

All refund requests are subject to verification. We will review on-chain data to confirm that an alert should have been triggered and was not delivered. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days.

6. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law.

7. Exceptions

The money-back guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

• Alerts not included in your subscription tier
• Validator issues caused by client-side configuration errors
• Network-wide outages affecting the Ethereum beacon chain
• Third-party service outages (Telegram, Slack, etc.)
• Alerts that were delivered but not received due to user notification settings

8. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, refunds under the money-back guarantee are calculated based on the monthly equivalent rate. We do not offer refunds for the remaining unused portion of annual subscriptions upon cancellation, except as required by law.
